Meditation is the practice of alert, silent awareness. Surprisingly small amounts of this practice can bring about perceptible changes in our lives. Meditation can help to relieve stress, to improve concentration, and to create perspective, clarity. Meditation is simple, but it is not easy. The Yoga House is here to help you free your mind and find the path to enlightenment.

We will teach you simple fifteen minute breathing meditation exercises to help you overcome stress and find inner peace and balance. When we practice meditation we need to have a comfortable seat and a good posture. The most important feature of the posture is to keep our back straight. The Yoga House will help you with your meditation postures and what is right for you throughout your practice.
